How to Book
- Contact us through our inquiry form, by phone or on WeChat. In the inquiry form, choose “Quote” under “Inquiry type” and “Airport transfer” under “Purpose of your trip”.
- Receive your quote: our staff will send you a quote.
- Confirm your booking: once you’re happy with the quote, your booking is confirmed and we’ll pick you up as arranged.
What to Tell Us When You Inquire
To help us prepare an accurate quote quickly, please include:
- Date and time
- Airport (Narita or Haneda, plus the terminal if you know it)
- Arrival pick-up, departure drop-off, or both
- Flight number (with your flight number, we can check the arrival or departure time in advance and let you know the pick-up time)
- Hotel name and address (pick-up and drop-off points)
- Number of passengers
- Amount of luggage (for example, number of suitcases)
- Preferred vehicle (Alphard, HiAce, or no preference; large tour bus on request for groups)
- Preferred driver language (English or Chinese)
- Any other requests, such as child seats
